Meet Eileen Galbraith – Salon Founder of Bay Kutz Hair and Beauty
With over 30 years of experience in the hairdressing industry, Eileen Galbraith is the heart and driving force behind Bay Kutz Hair and Beauty.
Eileen began her hairdressing journey at Fife College, where she completed her Level 2, Level 3, and HNC qualifications, laying the foundation for what would become a long and successful career. After moving to Dalgety Bay, she brought her talent to respected salons such as Ginger Blues and Worthing & Co in Dunfermline, before fulfilling her dream of opening her own salon in 2007.
Eileen’s passion for hairdressing and commitment to excellence have shaped Bay Kutz into the thriving, client-focused salon it is today. Her approach blends technical expertise with genuine care for every client who walks through the door—something that’s earned her not just loyal clients, but lasting relationships.
As Salon Founder, Eileen leads the Bay Kutz team with experience, dedication, and a clear vision: to provide top-quality hair and beauty services in a warm, welcoming environment where clients always come first.

Marleigh joined our team in September 2023 after completing her Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Hairdressing at Fife College. Since then, she’s become a key part of the salon, known for her friendly nature, growing expertise, and dedication to delivering beautiful results.
Marleigh is passionate about all things hair and is already building a loyal clientele who love her attention to detail and personal approach. Committed to continuous growth, she’s now furthering her career by studying for an HNC in Hairdressing, keeping her skills sharp and on-trend.

Jaqueline joined Bay Kutz in August 2025, bringing with her a warm, professional approach and a genuine passion for helping clients look and feel their best. She began her career in beauty therapy in 2001 and became fully qualified in 2004.
Jaqueline specialises in a range of treatments including facials, waxing, tinting, and lash lifts, and has recently expanded her portfolio to include nail services. Her attention to detail, friendly nature, and commitment to providing a relaxing experience ensure every client leaves feeling pampered and confident.

Angela began her career in hairdressing but soon discovered her true passion lay in barbering, where her precision, creativity, and technical skill truly shine. She went on to successfully own and manage her own barbershop in Edinburgh for over a decade, earning a loyal following and a reputation for excellence.
After a visit to Dalgety Bay, Angela fell in love with the area—and we’re so glad she did! She decided to make the move and bring her barbering expertise to Bay Kutz, where she continues to deliver sharp cuts, clean fades, and top-tier grooming to clients of all ages.

A fully qualified nail artist, she specialises in VIA-B acrylic extensions and stunning freehand nail art, delivering beautiful, bespoke designs tailored to each client.

With over seven years of experience, Nikki brings a wealth of knowledge and skill in massage therapy. Her impressive career has taken her to some of Scotland’s most prestigious five-star venues, including Stobo Castle and Gleneagles, where she has provided top-tier treatments to a discerning clientele.
Nikki specialises in a wide range of massage techniques, tailored to meet your individual needs – whether you’re looking to relax, de-stress, or relieve tension. She also offers reflexology, a deeply restorative treatment that promotes balance and wellbeing throughout the body.
Currently expanding her expertise, Nikki is studying for a degree in Integrated Health Care, further deepening her understanding of holistic wellness and the connection between mind, body, and health.

Facial Therapist
A highly qualified beauty industry professional with over 30 years experience.
Since selling her salon in 2022 Susan has been specialising in facial treatments. Caci non surgical face lifting treatments and Aromatherapy facials. Both designed to lift, brighten and enhance the skin giving the client a fabulous glow and leaving them relaxed with a lovely sense of well being.
Susan can carry out other treatments on request. Eyebrow shaping and tinting, eyelash tinting and waxing are available as an add on to the facial or a stand alone treatment.
